Two chaming and typical farmhouses, each with their own annexe, inside a farm estate of approx. 70 ha. The houses have been carefully restored and divided into apartments each with their own separate entrances, 250 m from one another, situated in the hills which surround Lake Trasimeno. Beautiful views over the countryside. Peaceful position amongst woods and olive groves. Each apartment has a private outdoor area. Shared: open grounds, boules pitch, table tennis and equipped swimming pool (15x7) (1/6-15/9, open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.), 200 m from Martino 1-2-3-4 and 50 m from Martino 5-6-8, equipped playground for children, barbecue, laundry room and drying area. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Pets are allowed , where rules have to be followed as the property is part of a reserve. An additional folding bed is available for Martino 2 and 3 (45 Euros/week) , to be paid for on the spot. You can go for pleasant walks in the property. Direct sale of wine and olive oil. Baby-beds available (Euro 37/week/each).Central heating. DISTANCES: 18 km Lake Trasimeno (beaches). 2.5 km Mantignana (food shops), 15 km Perugia, 35 km Assisi, Gubbio, Cortona, 60 km Todi.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
