House with a Spectacular View of Okanagan Lake and a Private Pool

This is a great family home, with 4 bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 people. There is a new private pool in the back yard, a 6 person hot tub and we are pet friendly. The big back yard is fully fenced. Lots of parking with a garage that is 29ft x 26ft and can accommodate a boat. Located in West Kelowna with a 5 minute drive to Kalamoir beach on Okanagan Lake, close to Gellatly Bay boat launch, 5 minutes to West Kelowna and 15 minutes to downtown Kelowna this home is close to it all.

There is free cable vision and free wireless internet.

Walking distance to Mount Boucherie Regional Park, hiking trails and wineries. Located on the Westside Wine Trail which hosts 5 of the Okanagans finest wineries.

Please note that the owners reside in a self contained basement suite and will use the pool occasionally.
