Fabulous Lake View, Swimming Pool & Close to Beach & Park

Two block to the beach & provincial park, close to golf, 5 wineries, horseback riding, stores and pub all within 5 to 10 minutes. 2011 new liner and now salt water swimming pool and two huge private decks off pool and living room, gas Weber BBQ grill, large private backyard with fantastic unobstructed view of the lake. Newly renovated house including kitchen, two bathrooms, carpets, roof, driveway and hard wood floors. Water front park just below the house has sandy beach, picnic tables and raft. Neighborhood is mostly quiet, surrounded by good neighbors, orchards and vineyards.

Washer dryer is downstairs and can be made available.

Two huge decks as well as two smaller decks upstairs with table and padded chairs. There is a heated pool however no life guard so the owner is not responsible for guests swimming.
