Special Conditions

The park is for 55 and older people, however I don't have a problem with younger renters. The other condition is no children allowed in the park.
Guests are responsible for the utilities each month, electric, phone and/or cable if needed.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 900 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 18 years old.
• Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
