The coast here is a fabulous landscape of coves and pine trees, renowned for its unusual fauna and flora. The nearby sandy beach of Cap Roig has a summer beach bar and restaurant specialising in the delicious local seafood. Nearby Arenal is sandy with shallow waters making it wonderful for children, whilst the coves of Maria and Bacone are more stony. This area of Catalunya is still unspoilt but the property is almost equidistant from Barcelona and Valencia, making visiting these amazing cities by train easy, without the worry of parking on arrival. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
