'Las Tres Palmeras' is named after its three magnificent palm trees and is only 100m from the pretty, sandy coves of Cap Roig, enveloped by pine trees, with a seasonal beach bar and restaurant. This modern villa, built on three levels, has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. On the top level is the pool, front entrance and all the living accommodation. The middle level has a terrace and the lower level has a double garage. There are open and covered terraces some with sea views. Nearby Arenal is sandy with shallow waters making it wonderful for children, whilst the coves of Maria and Bacone are more stony. This area of Catalunya is still unspoilt but the property is almost equidistant from Barcelona and Valencia, making visiting these amazing cities by train easy, without the worry of parking on arrival. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
