Executive Studio with Views in Langford
Perfect for a getaway or an extended stay in a country setting that is only 12 kilometers from Downtown Victoria and 6 kilometers from Royal Roads University, Victoria General Hospital or Bear Mountain. This is a furnished self-contained studio with its own outside entrance that was recently built in a private residence.
The Studio has 9 ft. ceilings framed by crown molding and it also contains a spacious custom built walk-in closet. It is attractively decorated with limited edition prints, hardwood floors, custom made window coverings/screens, dimmer lights and a ceiling fan. There are outside motion lights and a storm door for enhanced security.
