Set down a country lane on the edge of the village of Escales, this impressive house is situated in a large domaine amidst vineyards and offers spacious, comfortable accommodation. Close to Carcassonne airport it is ideal for those travelling by air. Reached by a tree-lined drive the house is well-equipped and prettily furnished in cool restful colours, and enjoys a sheltered private swimming pool, sunny terraces and large grounds. Sandy mediterranean beaches are less than an hour away, the swimming lake at Jouarres is 10km and even closer is the famous Canal du Midi, just 5km away. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
