This beautiful semi-detached modern villa has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. Its large garden and pool is shared with only the adjacent villa (4 person max. when occupied). Peacefully located only 10km from the sun drenched capital of Languedoc, the historical town of Montpellier. 25km from endless miles of golden sandy beaches, and authentic resorts, the property provides an excellent touring base. Leave it in any direction and interesting and varied excursions await within a short drive. Head north to find picturesque historical villages such as St. Guilhem-le-Désert, together with numerous caves, gorges, and also a memorable walk up the Pic St. Loup mountain. Head south to spend days exploring the historical monuments, museums, gardens and boutiques in Montpellier, or alternatively many days spent on the golden sandy beaches in La Grande Mott, Palavas, Sète or Cap d'Agde. Whilst in the area consider trips east to Béziers, a wander down the plane tree lined Canal du Midi, or west to admire the impressive Roman architecture of Nimes, and also a memorable trip into the Camargue. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
