1 Double Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). Has pleasant view of a hill at the front of the house with toilet and wash basin adjoining.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Room is situated between the master bedroom and the single bedroom and has a view to the front of the same hill and a panoramic view at the back of the village and vineyard.
1 Single Bed (sleeps 1).
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.

• Carcassonne Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Straightforward drive along motorway and then up into the hills on good roads.
Also possible from Perpignan airport and Beziers although slightly longer.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 25 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. Train to Carcassonne from Lezignan.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Small shop in village - larger shops are 25-40 minutes away.
• River is located within a 15 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: Beautiful mountainous scenery with rivers and lakes a short drive - ideal for walking. Paths are marked and well maintained. Boules and tennis courts in the village. Beaches about 40 minutes away. Many pretty villages - some medieval in origins - lots of good wine.
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments are refunded.

• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
