Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Some of the security deposit may be withheld if an unusually great cleaning effort is needed (even if no equipment is missing or broken).
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
