Small 13-hectare farm situated in the renowned area of the Colli Albani and approx. 25 km south-east of the old city centre of Rome. Vignaluisa is made up of only 2 two-family villas distant 50 m from one another, each with their own outdoor area reserved for each apartment. The property is characterized by a particularly broad and beautiful view of the valley that gently descends towards the sea. Peaceful position. Surrounding the property is a large lawn, an olive tree grove and fruit trees. It is possible to purchase olive oil made on the farm and seasonal produce. Shared washing machine in an external room. It is possible to book VIGNALUISA 3 and VIGNALUISA 4 together under the name VIGNALUISA 6. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 5 km from the town of Lanuvio (all kinds of shops), 8 km lake of Nemi, 15 km lake of Albano and Castel Gandolfo (the Pope's summer residence). The centre of Rome can be easily reached by train (Lanuvio station) in approx. 35 minutes. 35 Km the sea (the coast of Anzio and Nettuno with embarkations for the Ponziane islands).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
