Easy access to great shopping, old town La Quinta and located down the street from the Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Resort.

200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 500.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
