VERY large kitchen,that opens up into the great/family room. Wonderful area to entertain in without close quarters for the cook(S). Great gathering area to have a quiet cup of coffee or tea or a large gathering of friends or family to discuss that day of GOLF--3 courses available, or other daily activities.

The home views upon the 13th green and 14th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus tournament course where every year the PGA tour qualifying school is held. In addition on the private side, the Arnold Palmer course hosts the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic golf tournament. This tournament is nationally televised for 4 days in Jan.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
We accept all credit cards through PayPal at no charge to you.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200.00 will apply. A fee of 00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $225.00 per visit.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
