The large garden has lots of shade and plenty of garden furniture. This makes the ideal holiday base for visiting the wealth of attractions of the Charente Maritime, including La Rochelle, the arsenal of Rochefort or the green Venice canals of the Marais Poitevin. Saintes is less than an hour's drive with its old cathedral, the river Charente with boat trips and trendy shops. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
