Set in 2.5 hectares of gardens and meadows, looks directly out onto the stunning 12m x 6m swimming pool and paddock area.

More Information

Our 12/6 m fully enclosed pool is open from approx. April through to October weather and temperature permitting. Adjacent to the pool we have a play area for children, with swing, sandpit and various toys. Also soft ball area and petanque. The pool has a security gate which also has a child proof lock.

• Nearby Attractions: There is plenty to see and do in this area. Leisure activities include cycling, walking, kayaking, golf, fishing, horse riding, swimming, beaches, sailing and windsurfing. We are also close to theme parks such as Futuroscope, Vallee de la Singe (Primate Park), Snakes Island, Giants of the Sky (bird park). This area is also full of heritage, architecture cathedrals and churches, and chateaux. In fact there is so much to see and do, you'll need to come back again!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
Security deposit of £100 per week is required. Damage deposit of £50 per week is required. Balance payment to be made 8 weeks prior to arrival. No refund will be given on security deposit for cancellations.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
