It is sutuated on the golden corner of Playa de las Americas, the tourist town in the South of Tenerife.

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
