1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). 2 single /twin beds. can be joined to make a king size bed. In front of the sea and access to the terrace.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

This totally calm property, located directly by the seaside, offers a very beautiful panoramic sea view, the peninsula of St Mandrier, the peninsula of Giens, and the island of Poquerolles. At night the faraway lights on the coast scintillate.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 2,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Cancellations will be charged -50% 6 weeks prior to booking date, 65% 4 weeks prior and full rate for less than 4 weeks.
Security/damage deposit of 1500£ / 1500 € to be paid on arrival by cash, will be back by bank's transfer

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 1000 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
