40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 Euros.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
