• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is rocky.
40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
