1 Queen Bed. Vaulted ceiling. Walk-in closet, dressing table and plenty of drawers.
2 Single/Twin Beds. The loft over the sitting room/kitchen area has two single beds which can be joined to form a double. Here the ceiling is lower but it's warm and cosy.
Part of the loft is used to keep our personal belongings, so it's just to be used as sleeping arrangement. It has plenty of room, lights, telephone, bedside table, chairs and 2/3 drawers.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The spectacular views of the sea and the mountains are breath-taking both day and night. This renovated farmhouse is located in the middle of vineyards and olive groves that are part of a small agriturismo.
There is an agriturismo located on the first floor of the same building which includes a restaurant by reservation only. If you are staying in our apartment and would like to have dinner downstairs you may request a reservation from the owners. The food is excellent and the hospitality in the warm and friendly Italian style. This attractive apartment was completed in 2002 and has all the comforts of home. It is centrally located on the Mediterranean Sea – one hour from Pisa, Florence, or Genoa. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings or to go for a day of sightseeing. Only 10 minutes by train from the Cinque Terre. Located half -way up the hill behind La Spezia and within 5 minutes bus or car ride from the City center.
• The train station is 10 minutes drive from the house. The closest airport is Pisa, about 45 minutes from the house. The airport in Genoa and Florence are about one hour away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Ski resorts are approximately one hour away in the mountain that begins behind the house. (to the northeast)
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Dining is available downstairs by reservation. Shopping and other restaurants are within a 10 minute drive to downtown. Bus service is also available to downtown several times a day.
• There is a spectacular view of the Gulf of La Spezia and Mediterranean Sea from the front of the apartment. Beaches are about 15 minutes away. Some are public and others private with chairs and umbrellas available for rent. Water is very clear with beaches in both sand and stone.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Booking deposit can be paid by mailing a cheque in US dollars (US bank). The amount to be converted from Euros.
We charge 5% extra for payments made with paypal using a credit card.
Refundable security deposit will be refunded within 30 days from end of rental

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
