    Family owned for two centuries, the Mansion boasts a rich history. The owner is a notable architect on the island of Santorini, and with his understanding of the island and its history, he has overseen numerous landmark renovations. One of his projects was the revival of the current family home. After the 1956 earthquake, the original 19th century Mansion was left in ruins. The family took this opportunity to reconstruct a contemporary interpretation of the neo-classical style, which was popular amongst the affluent inhabitants of the island at the time. The road from the town of Corfu is very well up to the village (metalled) and can be visited by bus (3 times a day) from Corfu Town ......... The bus stops about 600 meters from the house, and if necessary I can make the transfer from the bus to the house with my car ... Also another way is by taxi and costs about 30 -40 euro ..If you like you can rent a car (which I believe that you need to go round the island of Corfu) lease of the many rental car on the island. Situated less than 10 meters we have a washing machine for convenience of customers . The newly built house is in very good condition in a beautiful place, away from noise and within an olive grove. Has fantastic views to the north. From the balconies overlook the beach of LIAPADES and directly opposite the beautiful palaiokastritsa. Close to home and about 400 -500 meters are 3 beaches that you can go swimming and sunbathing, and which can be reached either on foot, which takes about 10 minutes by car up to a certain point (close enough). Walking to the village which is about 400m on a good road, and all through the olive groves in about 10 minutes to reach the first houses of the village and meet the people who remained always smiling and kind here in the village square with cafes, minimarket, grills and middle of the square a large plane tree covered despite all the square ..... In the square there is also the largest church in the village called Saint Anastasia and worthwhile to beat in and see the inside and the pictures that exist ...

The house consists of 2 bedrooms (approximately 24 square meters each). One bedroom has two single beds and the other bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The house has a persuaded dining table (about 20 square meters). with a table for 6 people and 6 chairs, in a corner of the dining room, there is also a table for computer .... There is an open kitchen next to the dining room (about 9 square meters) and has fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, golden oak, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses, hood, cabinets and shelves to store things. There is also toilet with shower (5 square meters) The house also has a private balcony (28 square meters) Situated less than 10 meters away, we have a washing machine for convenience of customers . The newly built house is in very good condition in a beautiful place, away from noise and within an olive grove. Has fantastic views to the north.     Our summer house is located just 1 minute walk from the sandy beach of Vrachos. Next to the Ionian sea at the west part of Greece at the prefecture of Epirus. The exterior construction have been based on the traditional method of stone structure from Zagori villages. The interior is a mix of modern parts and island culture furniture. The visitor can walk along the main road where can find many coffee shop, traditional taverns and restaurant, mini market and a bakery shop. The port and the city of Preveza is 38 km, the ruins and the museum of Ancient Nicopolis is 29 km. Also the famous island Lefkada is 60 km by car via the new tunnel of Aktio. Two others ''twins'' Ionian islands Paxoi and Antipaxoi are 31 nautical miles away. The city of Parga which looks like island with a great variety of entertainment and historical monuments is half hour by car. The mythical river Acheron where you can do rafting, kayak, riding a horse and other eco activities is also 30 minutes away. Our hospitable house with its vegetable garden is reachable either from Aktio airport in Lefkada island (from London with easyjet every Wednesday and Sunday) or from Ioannina airport (everyday flights from Athens) via Egnatia highway.
