Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 150 will apply. A fee of 50 will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
