Payment Details

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 6 years old.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 85.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
