Private mountain views
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 25.00.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 500.00.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
- Optional pool heat is available for 100.00 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
