Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 150.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 100.00 per day and/or 500.00 per week. A minimum of 2 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
