More Information

Next door (free) at the Bellagio , The water works show (breathtaking), gallery of fine art and the Note --- There is construction around the building, and in general on the strip in Las Vegas. All hotels are effected by this but you should hardly notice, as this building is very quiet and Las Vegas is so outstandingly dramatic to your eyes and ears, that the work projects seem to blur into the background. The Las Vegas strip is filled with non stop action and you will be happy to be right in the middle of it. We look forward to having you stay with us.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal
We will issue a PayPal invoice which provides several payment options including most major credit cards and bank transfers. (you do not need a PayPal account just an email address) We also have the ability to use our $CAD merchant account using a visa or master card

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 85.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
