The appliances are in mint condition. They are matching stainless steel General Electric.
The range is induction. The kitchen comes with basic spices, coffee, great selection of teas, filtered water.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Very big master suite with brand new king size bed, closet area, master bathroom, bamboo floor and designer wallpaper.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The guest room is called the bird room. It has a brand new queen bed, a closet, sisal flooring and a designer wallpaper. The wide window is framed scented by jasmine vine. The view is the pool and the backyard.
1 Double Couch (sleeps 2). The office is our third bedroom. It has a very comfortable convertible couch, sisal flooring and a closet.

1 Queen Air Mattress (sleeps 2). We have an extra queen air bed available. It can be set in the living room or the master suite.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
From the backyard, we have a wonderful view on the Sunset Mountain looking east and the Stratosphere on the Strip, looking west.
• McCarran International Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. McCarran is located 4 miles from the house.

All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $80.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $70.00 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
