• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Many fine golf courses are within minutes of the home.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Home is within minutes of multiple and various dining, shopping, gambling and entertainment. Unless the traffic is terrible, which is rare, the property is 15-20 minutes or less from the Strip and the Tropicana. It is an easy drive by freeway (approx. 10 miles).
• Lake Meade is within a one-half hour drive.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is a full refund. Discuss shorter periods with Owner.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
