Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

House is fully decorated and furnished. Family room includes bar set and billiards table. Private backyard contains patio with table and chairs, BBQ set, peaceful scenery overlooking a park.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card
Cancellations: 100% refund if made 30 days before check-in date. Last minute bookings accepted with credit card.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
