    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 and signed rental agreement is required to confirm booking.... Full payment is due 45 days prior to rental.... If you cancel 45 days prior to rental, full payments are refunded. If you cancel 44-30 days prior to rental, payments are refunded 50%. If you cancel 29-14 days prior to rental, payments are refunded 25%. If you cancel 13-0 days prior to rental, security deposit only is refunded.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
