50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
