    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 6 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 0 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of up to $75 of cleaning deposit may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
