Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $25.00 Fee.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100.00 to $150.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
