Farmhouse Apartment in Chianti Aretino -Tuscany The farmhouse is placed on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Excellent location since is central and close to all the major art cities of Tuscany and Umbria. Our home has been created by the loving and painstaking renovation of a large XVII century estate. Ground floor unit,tastefully furnished,entrance directly into a nice sitting/dining room with double sofa bed.Separate kitchen.Double bedroom giving onto a small room and onto the bathroom. Special Conditions
Heating(only when needed, and allowed:October - March - ) is forfeited at € 9.00 per day. Final cleaning fees are € 16.00 per person, payable to owner. (Children up to three years do not pay them) On high season (July and August) the arrival day is on Saturday, on other periods we are more flexible. If you have special request, please ask in advance, we will do our best to please you.

The apartment windows look onto the garden and the medieval Church of Santa Maria in Valle. From the garden you can see the highest peak of Pratomagno appennines (mountains), and in the distance the medieval hamlet of Laterina.

There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany and taking the train you can be in the heart of Florence in about half an hour. Being in the center of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily, Siena, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, and the shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most famous Made in Italy fashion brands, such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi D&G.

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal cancellation prior to 60 days before the lease is due to start - Cancellation prior 60 days 10% of the rental price cancellation between the 59th and 30th days before the start - 75% of the rental price cancellation between the 29th and the day 15th before the start - 90% of the rental price Cancellation between the 14th day and 1 day before the start -100% of the rental price no show - 100% of the rental price *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of € 15,00 per pet will apply. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of € 10,00per hr. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
