Our country home has been created by the loving and painstaking renovation of a large XVII century estate. Ground floor unit, tastefully furnished, the entrance is directly into a nice sitting/dining room with double sofa bed. On the left, a separate fitted kitchen. Another door leads from the sitting room into a double bedroom giving onto a small room and onto the bathroom. Private outdoor space, equipped with table and chairs. Large garden and pool.
The house enjoys countryside privacy, close proximity to Arezzo, and it is the ideal base for many excursions to all Central Italy.

Arrival Day
Between June 1 and August 30 Guests may only arrive on: Saturday.
Special Conditions
Heating(only when needed, and allowed:October - March - ) is forfeited at € 8.00 per day. Final cleaning fees are € 16.00 per person, payable to owner. (Children up to three years do not pay them) On high season (July and August) the arrival day is on Saturday, on other periods we are more flexible. If you have special request, please ask in advance, we will do our best to please you.
Bed linens, bathroom towels are included in the first week rent.

Swimming pool towels are free.

    If you look for an air conditioned posh villa, well this is not the place for you! But if you really want to grasp the true spirit of the Tuscan Countrylife, the time spent in this lovely country house environment will be memorable. There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany and taking the train you can be in the heart of Florence in about half an hour. Being in the center of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily, Siena, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, and the shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most famous Made in Italy fashion brands, such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi D&G. Swimming pool to be shared with the other guests.

The nearest town is Arezzo, worth a visit, 15km from the house.
    • Lake is located within a 60 minute(s) drive. The nearest sea resort is in Castiglione della Pescaia, Tirrenian sea. It's almost a 2 hour drive, but if you want to make a day trip, it can be done.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of € 15,00 per pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of € 10,00per hr.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
