Cozy Apartment with patio in XVII Century Farmhouse Our country home, in upper Valdarno, has been created by the loving and pain staking renovation of a large XVII century estate. This unit is a raised floor apartment with its own entrance from private patio, equipped for eating outside. A spacious and comfortable sitting/dining room with sofa bed, table, chairs and TV satellite and large family bedroom. Both rooms have a large door window that looks onto the garden. The complex is surrounded by a large garden with furniture and pool. It has its own private terrace to eat outside. Laundry room shared with other guests. |

Location cost includes: electricity, hot and cold water, cooking gas, bed linens, bathroom towels (3 for each person), kitchen linens, free use of laundry( we will supply all the detergents).

It doesn't include: security deposit ( €200,00 to be paid on cash on arrival), heating cost (when needed-October-March) is forfeited at € 9,00/day, mandatory final cleaning is € 16,00 per person.(Children up to three years do not pay the cleaning fee) 5 persons

The main entrace and the patio look onto the back garden and the old church of Santa Maria, while the sitting/dining room and the bedroom door windows open onto the front garden and swimming pool. All around are Tuscan hill slopes.

But if you really want to grasp the true spirit of Tuscan Countrylife, the time spent in this lovely country house environment will be memorable. The quiet, hilly, panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval village of Laterina. The lodging enjoys countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo; It is the ideal base for many excursions in all Central Italy. There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany. Being in the center of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily: Florence, Siena, Cortona,Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, and the shopping lovers will find nearby many outlets of the most famous made in Italy brands. There is a swimming pool and a washer available.

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 35) are refunded.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal Should the client, for whatever reason, cancel a lease he will have the right to repayment of all money paid minus the following cancellation charges : cancellation prior to 60 days before the lease is due to start - Cancellation prior 60 days 10% of the rental price cancellation between the 59th and 30th days before the start - 75% of the rental price cancellation between the 29th and the day 15th before the start - 90% of the rental price Cancellation between the 14th day and 1 day before the start -100%of the rental price no show - 100% of the rental price *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 15.00/pet will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €10,00/hr. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
