First floor apartment, with access from an outside stairs and small loggia shared with another unit- the entrance opens onto a very spacious sitting/dining room with double sofa bed, coffee table, table and chairs, reading lamp, separate fitted kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Equipment: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, mini food processor… plenty of everything you may need to feel at home.

    If you look for an air conditioned posh villa, well this is not the place for you! But if you really want to grasp the true spirit of Tuscan countrylife, the time spent in this lovely country house environment will be memorable. The quiet, hilly panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval village of Laterina. The lodging enjoys countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo. Ideal base for many excursions in all of Central Italy. There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany. Being in the center of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily: Florence, Siena, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, and the shopping lovers will find nearby many outlets of the most famous Made in Italy brands.

Fashion outlets from a 15 minute to a 1 hour drive. The nearest town is Arezzo, worth a visit, 15 km from the house.

The town is Castiglion della Pescaia, where you will find one of the best and cleanest beach in all Italy. Almost a 2 hour drive from our complex, but if you want to make a day trip it can be done.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
    Location cost includes: electricity, hot and cold water, cooking gas, bed lines, bathroom towels(a set of three each one) ***, kitchen linens, free use of laundry (we supply all the detergents). It doesn't include: caution deposit , heating cost(when needed _October-March) is forfeited at € 8,00/day, mandatory final cleaning = € 16,00 per person. bed linens and towels are included in the first week rent.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 15.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €10,00/hr.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
