Special Conditions
Heating (when needed October-march ) is forfeited at €8,00 /day. Mandatory final cleaning fees are €16.00 per person payable to owner. During the high season (July and August) the arrival day is on Saturday, during the other months we are more flexible. If you have special request, please ask in advance, we will do our best to please you.

But if you really want to grasp the true spirit of Tuscan Country life...the time spent in this lovely country house environment will be memorable. The quiet, hilly panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval Village of Laterina. The lodging enjoys countryside privacy ,close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo;it is the ideal base for many excursions in all Central Italy. There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany. Being in the center of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily:Florence, Siena, Cortona,Lake Trasimeno, Perugia....and the shopping lovers will find nearby many outlets of the most famous made in Italy brands.

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit Should the client, for whatever reason, cancel a lease he will have the right to repayment of all money paid minus the following cancellation charges : cancellation prior to 60 days before the lease is due to start - Cancellation prior 60 days 10% of the rental price cancellation between the 59th and 30th days before the start - 75% of the rental price cancellation between the 29th and the day 15th before the start - 90% of the rental price Cancellation between the 14th day and 1 day before the start -100% of the rental price no show - 100% of the rental price *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 35.00/pet will apply. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €10,00/hr. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
