Stunning 180 degree ocean view!! Facing towards south shore with ocean and Haleakala sunrise view and
a quick 5 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. The unit was completely remodelled in 2007 with a comfortable Island decor.

Maalaea is centrally located and very convenient. 15-20 minutes to Kihei & Wailea. 30-40 minutes to Lahaina & Kaanapali and 20 minutes to and from Kahului Airport.

Watch whales from lanai during winter whale season (December to March) and surfers at world's famous surf spot "Freight Train" during the surf season (May to August)

Molokini snorkeling tour and whale watch tour departs from Maalaea Harbor. Maui Ocean Center & the Pacific Whale Foundation headquarters are within walking distance.
