This beautiful spacious penthouse apartment has 3 double and one single bedroom, huge balconies and a very beautiful roof garden, with fabulous views over the tropical gardens, pools, lake and sea. There is a private jacuzzi-pool, shady sala, BBQ, table and chairs for outdoor dining, and sun-loungers by the pool.
The lounge and each double bedroom have floor to ceiling glass doors leading to large balconies. The apartment is new, very high quality, and fully air-conditioned. The rental includes twice weekly maid service, and a management office to help with all aspects of your holiday.
There are three large swimming pools, a tennis court, and a pitch and putt golf course. It is 2 minutes drive from one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket, and 5 minutes from the famous Laguna Phuket golf-course and Laguna hotels. Restaurants, shops, and other amenities are all within a few minutes drive, and Phuket airport is 20 minutes away. A car with driver can be arranged for your holiday, or the management office will help you with car-hire. We will arrange airport transfers. There is wifi broadband Internet, and cable TV (5 TVs in the apartment) with over 40 channels.
Three luxurious, spacious bedroom suites all have en-suite bathrooms, balconies and great views. In addition to the three double bedrooms there is also a small single bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Our prices per night are US$250 March to Nov. US$590 Dec. to Feb, and $690 over Christmas and New Year.
