Located in the bay of Parè, near the lake. On the 1st floor, 1 matrimonial room, 1 room/studio, 1 sofa bed in stay with angle cooking, bath, 2 very small covered terraces overlooking lake.
The apartment is 50 meters away from the lake, in front of the harbour and the beach and is in front of the bus stop. The town center is only 1 km away. 2,5 km from Lecco
The cool, colorful decor makes the stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
From the balcony in front of the basin of Lecco and mountain Resegone you can enjoy pleasant dawns and sunsets.
