50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Cancellation more than a month in advance during low season will be fully refundable. Cancellation less than a month in advance during low season will be 50% refundable from total nights booked. Cancellation at any time during high and peak season will not be refundable. Credit Card Payment is available by providing copy of both side of the card, copy of passport and Letter of Authorization.
