This charming two-level villa is located in the Provencal village of Le Rouret, in the hill tops of the French Riviera.
The garden is approximately 3000m2, planted with many flowers, fruit trees and fifteen century-old olive trees. A large Gazebo makes for a very comfortable outdoor dining area (sits 8); plus a small terrace area for breakfast outdoors. Private 14 meters-long swimming pool with terracotta terrace with two parasols, and lawn furniture. There is also a boules court and table tennis. The garden is flat and ideal for children.
Within walking distance, the village offers a farmers’ market, bakery, café, Gourmet restaurant. Ideal location for exploring the Cote d’Azur,Grasse, Antibes, Cannes and Nice, and inland mountain areas. Very close to golf courses, tennis courts, horse-back riding facilities, and beaches. Linen, towels, pool maintenance provided. English-speaking house manager.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). A great number of golf courses within a 15 minute drive
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is a 5 minute walk to the village, where you can shop (bakery, pharmacy,newstand, farmer's market....) and dine (from simple traditional French to one-star Michelin restaurant). Also a short drive from many other villages to shop and dine.
• Beach is a 10 to 15 minute drive
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.
