Large year-round lake front home on Lake Huron with sandy beach

This 5 bedroom 2 story home with a full basement is located on Lake Huron between Lexington and Port Sanilac. We are 20 miles north of the Blue Water Bridge to Canada, and 90 minutes from Detroit. This is the perfect spot to walk the beach for miles in either direction, have campfires on the beach, star gaze, watch awesome sunrises and moon rises!
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, 1/4 mile off the road, with a wooded lot between the house and playground. This location is great for girlfriend getaways, holiday dinners, family gatherings, retreats, children and pets.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $5 per day per pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
