Daily rate is for 6 nights or less. 7 nights or more the rate is $20 a night less for 2 people, add $7.00 a night for each additional person. Holiday weeks, December 15 - January 5 and the week before and after Easter the rates are $20 a night more.

The mattress is a king Spring Air support firm mattress. 300 percale thread count sheets. 4 king pillows 2 firm and 2 medium. Air conditioner in bedroom and living room. In the dressing/desk area between the bathroom and bedroom is a large armoire with a hanging closet and two drawers for additional clothes storage.

More Information

Long distance in the US and Hawaii is included. International calls including Canada require a credit card. We provide a daily newspaper, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a shampoo and soap starter, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, mats and chairs. The property has tennis courts, a putting green, and numerous BBQ's. The pool, Jacuzzi and BBQs are behind our building and less than a minute walk. Beautiful lagoons, waterfalls, geese, ducks and magnificent landscaping. The complex is right on the beach and next to the famous Waliua Golf Course. It is 5 minutes from the airport, and right between Lihue and Kapaa. It is a secluded 3 mile long beach and the property is a 1/4 mile from the road.

Distances

• 7 minutes north of the airport.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Right next to the famous Wailua golf course, 10 minutes from the Mariott golf course and 30 minutes from the Princeville and Poipu golf courses.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Kauai Beach Hotel has shopping, a restuarant, coffee shop and market. Lihue and Kapaa the two main towns are less then 10 minutes away with 5 grocery stores, dozens of restaurants, movie theatres and all the biggest shopping centers.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Kauai Beach Villas is right on the beach---the beach is a 1 minute walk from the unit. It has a partial ocean view from the lanai and living room. This is one of the longest beaches on Kauai, 3 miles long. All of Kauai has dangerous turbulent water. This beach is not life guarded. There are two life guarded beaches less then 5 minutes by car or at the end of the beach by 45 minute walk at Lydgate park. It has a full park, playground and a rock walled in swimming and snorkeling cove.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nt) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Credit Card Payment or Paypal Fee $30. Late check out reserved in advance is a full night rent, unauthorized late checkouts are not permitted. Late checkout with a half night rent plus tax; if the condo is not rented for the day of your checkout; can be requested at any time after arrival but not guaranteed before 3 PM the day before your checkout and must be paid at time of confirmation by credit card. Two date changes, subject to availability, with 45 days' or more advance notice are allowed at a $50 charge per change. More than two date changes are allowed for an additional charge.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $45 an hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
