Enjoying a wonderful peaceful setting near the village of Lesterps, a lovely 1830 architecture farmhouse, beautifully restored, standing on a 2.5 acre landscaped, gated garden, with a splendid, heated swimming pool with Balneo steps. All rooms are artistically decorated with antiques and period furniture, and offer space and comfort with two sitting rooms and a large dining kitchen with doors to large terrace and garden. There are lots of walking paths around the property. Confolens is just 5 minutes away and offers a classical and international music festival in summer. A golf course can be enjoyed at St Junien. Other places to visit include Le Village Martyrs d'Oradour/Glane, the Limoges Porcelain Museum and all the attractions of the Futuroscope at Poitiers, just an hour s drive north. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
