1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Grand Master Suite has huge, panoramic surf and sand ocean views from bed as well as the dressing room bay window bar table. There are also views of the Coastal Mountain Range to the East. Bed is a water tube mattress (extremely comfortable) This Captain bed has a mirrored canopy for the unique romantic rendezvous. Over-sized closet can service as a sleeping area for a toddler. BATH has 2 person fully enclosed steamer shower with 2 independent shower heads.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This quaint and cozy bedroom is part of the original vintage cabin built in 1940. The original knotty pine panelling is in excellent condition and offers an authentic beach cabin experience. This mattress and box spring is also very comfortable.
1 Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). Hand crafted Dutch doors open into this vintage cabin bedroom that is a delight to many youngsters. Both twin mattresses are newer and very comfortable for even the older/ young at heart. We often hear the comment of our young guests looking forward to their return visit to stay in this room.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
There is almost a 360 degree view taking in the Pacific Ocean, the Coastal Mountain Range, as well as a hillside of homes in the distance toward the East. Cascade Head can be seen down the North Coastline.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100 per pet will apply. A fee of $50 per pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
