Located near Disney, the many restaurants along the 192, Publix supermarket and a Super Walmart, our home is well maintained, very spacious and fully air-conditioned. Equipped & furnished to a high standard, you will not be disappointed from the moment you walk in the front door!

The larger than average 30' screened, floodlit pool is landscaped and fully fenced for your total privacy, unlike many other homes where each private pool overlooks another! The pool benefits from year round solar heating and a supplementary heating option is also available for the cooler months. The pool deck is furnished with table, chairs, footstalls, recliners and sun loungers.

The villa has two living areas. A relaxing lounge leads into a dining room and large family room / kitchen overlooks the pool.

We have a fullsize ping-pong table and a pool table.

We offer a free wireless high speed internet connection, free long distance calls (USA & Canada) and a generous amount of free International telephone calls.
