1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Wooden bed, with bedside tables, and bedside lamps. Fitted wardrobes, with safety deposit box. Wall mounted lights, and airconditioned.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Wooden bed frame, and bedside table, with ensuite bathroom. Fitted wardrobes, and air conditioned. Patio doors leading to sun terrace, with views over Psartos bay.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Villa has extensive views over the local bay.
• Paradisi airport is 50 km away from the resort of Lindos, and 40 minutes by car.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Nearest Golf course is at Afantou, some thirty minutes away by car, on the way to Rhodes town.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Lindos is 1 mile North. There is plenty to offer, romantic rooftop restaurants with panoramic views to suit all tastes, bars and other nightlife, plenty of retail opportunities.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Villa is 800 metres from sandy beach at Psartos bay, renowned for it's underground spring, which produces vivid crystal clear blue water. The sheltered cove, and sandy beach at St Pauls Bay, with it's quaint wedding chapel is a 15 minute walk away.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

No booking is guaranteed until the deposit has been paid and cleared.
