Paradisi airport is 50 km away from the resort of Lindos, and 40 minutes by car.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Nearest Golf course is at Afantou, some thirty minutes away by car, on the way to Rhodes town.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Lindos is 1 mile North. There is plenty to offer, romantic rooftop restaurants with panoramic views to suit all tastes, bars and other nightlife, plenty of retail opportunities.
Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Villa is 800 metres from sandy beach at Psartos bay, renowned for it's underground spring, which produces vivid crystal clear blue water. The sheltered cove, and sandy beach at St Pauls Bay, with it's quaint wedding chapel is a 15 minute walk away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
No booking is guaranteed until the deposit has been paid and cleared.

No smoking is allowed.

Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
