Payments and Policies
Payment Details
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 8 euros per hr.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
